Speaking at K-PAI: A 30,000-Foot View of the Online Advertising Ecosystem
I recently had the pleasure of speaking at the K-PAI event, sharing an architectural overview of the online advertising ecosystem — from publishers and SSPs to exchanges, DSPs, and advertisers — and how AI and ML now play at the foundation of it all.
Rather than restating the full presentation here, the official K-PAI summary captured the essence beautifully, so I highly recommend reading it:

(Interestingly, many social platforms don’t handle anchor fragments correctly — that's why I’m posting it directly here.)
It’s exciting to see how fast AI continues to reshape ad tech—but what makes it fascinating is that there’s no one-size-fits-all architecture. Each player has different data realities, objectives, and constraints. That diversity keeps the field alive — and keeps me deeply interested. After all, this is where technology, intelligence, and economics meet. And yes — this is still where the money goes.
